For 20 years I went all in on one thing at a time. Powerlifting, then bodybuilding, then CrossFit. I got pretty good at each and never got great, so I changed what I was chasing.
I built Power Shack Training selfishly, for someone with a home gym, limited time, and a love of training. That's me. And what I'm after is to be fit, so first, what does that even mean?
For years I believed more was always better, until I had a kid and my time shrank. So I started asking the opposite question: what's the least I can train and still make progress?
